“It was such a relief when I made the decision to get help –it felt as though I had some control over my life back”

What do we offer

While cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) has remained the treatment of choice, we also offer additional psychological treatments, such as interpersonal psychotherapy (IPT), dynamic interpersonal therapy (DIT), bereavement counselling and behavioural couples therapy (BCT).

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy

Cognitive-behavioural therapy (also called ‘cognitive therapy’ or ‘CBT’ for short) is a short-term, problem-focused type of psychotherapy (typically up to 8 weekly sessions), that is quick-acting and has proven long-term benefits.
