Merton Uplift is part of South West London and St Georges Mental Health Trust. We work with a number of local voluntary and community sector partners. Our partnership means that we have experience of supporting people with a diverse range of needs. Our partners help people to connect and access activities and resources to meet their physical, social and spiritual needs from a range of local community services. Our team are experienced in supporting people with their Wellbeing, either professionally or through lived experience.

Silver Cloud
SilverCloud is a website available 24/7 which offers secure access to supported, flexible programmes designed to help you learn techniques to overcome low mood, anxiety and stress. Because it’s online, there’s no need to attend rigid or time consuming appointments, you can do it anytime and anywhere using a computer, tablet or smartphone.
Wimbledon Guild
Wimbledon Guild will provide wellbeing navigators will work collaboratively with service users, people aged over from the over 55 years old, to navigate and co-ordinate services (both social and clinical interventions), connecting into community resources in order to reduce social isolation and improve wellbeing as well as using an individual’s strengths and assets to build resilience. Appointments are face-to-face an are usually 60 minutes long and will be between 2-4 sessions.

Focus 4 1
Focus 4-1 will provide wellbeing navigators that will work collaboratively with service users, peer mental health lived experience navigation for service users per year from the BAME community, to navigate and co-ordinate services (both social and clinical interventions), connecting into community resources in order to reduce social isolation and improve wellbeing as well as using an individual’s strengths and assets to build resilience. Appointments are face-to-face an are usually 60 minutes long and will be between 2-4 sessions.
IESO
With Ieso, CBT is delivered in real time over the internet by a fully qualified therapist through written conversation. Online CBT sessions follow the same format as traditional face-to-face therapy but take place in a secure online therapy room, allowing you to attend from anywhere you feel most comfortable. Appointments are usually 60 minutes long and you can access your session from any device that connects to the internet.
